The 2023 Summary and 2024 Planning Work Conference of Bayi Group was held at Bayi Group headquarters on 27th January, 2024. The meeting was attended by over 70 people, including Chairman Mr Xu Yizhong, leaders of administrative center, financial center, marketing center, technology center and production center, directors of each business department, department managers and supervisors. With the theme of "Innovation wins the future", the meeting summarized the Group's operation from the marketing mechanism, scientific and technological innovation, factory upgrading and other aspects of "checking deficiencies, finding gaps, and clarifying directions". In the planning of the New Year, the Group proposed that according to the existing product lines, the Group will set up four business departments under the marketing center: digital intelligent cultural department, digital intelligent archives department, intelligent warehousing department and foreign trade department, which is an important measure of Bayi Group's marketing strategy reform. The purpose is to allow each department to play its own strengths in their respective product fields, and help the development of branches in each sales region to provide more professional services in the field of digital intelligence and intelligent segmentation in archives, cultural systems and warehousing applications.

From the analysis of the market development situation, the meeting pointed out that 2024 is bound to be a year of opportunities and challenges. Bayi Group should adhere to product innovation, and keep up with the pace of development in the new era. By highlighting innovation, do a good job in close cooperation with universities and scientific research institutions. Promote the comprehensive innovation of archives "collection, management, storage and utilization" in the spirit of reform, and deepen the integration of archives, cultural business with innovative technologies to provide lasting impetus for the development of archives and cultural business. The meeting pointed out from the expectations and requirements that, firstly, make up for the shortcomings, grasp the implementation, and comprehensively and efficiently promote the Group's production, marketing, technology, finance, administrative personnel management of the operation and management. Secondly, select the right "entry point" and coordinately advance the key work. Thirdly, focus on the established goals and implement the standard. Fourthly, strengthen our confidence in achieving our goals and strive to move forward. Only by striving can we reach far. Mr Xu Yizhong pointed out that in the face of the overall goal and task of 2024, Bayi Group should further maintain strategic focus and concentrate on development. Leaders at all levels of management should pay attention to implementation with the spiritual realm of "not claiming credit but always making sure to contribute their share to the success of the cause".
